What's our policy?
ATS does not typically collect any personal information during the normal course of business. ATS does collect information such as the name and address of the recipients of shipments. While ATS does not believe that this information is subject to current legislation regarding privacy, ATS does endeavour to keep all such information confidential. If in the future, ATS has a need to collect private or confidential information from its customers, then ATS will protect the privacy of such information.

How do we protect your information?
We make sure that every online communication and transaction with our clients meets our high standards of privacy and security. We require that corporations who do business with ATS obtain user accounts and passwords to access information pertaining to specific shipments on our website. The ATS network and computer systems are subjected to periodic reviews by third-party security experts.

Will ATS ever share customer information?
Never. ATS will not trade, sell or rent customer information to third parties. We also protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of customer information.

Will ATS ever change this policy?
