- Excellent working knowledge of Atlas , MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Geographical knowledge of Calgary and Northern Alberta.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all e-mails and alerts are addressed and responded to.
- Ensure Am inbound trailers and AM Air freight is sorted for runs.
- Ensure offlines are sent out on time and cost effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Work with inbound to ensure delivery to customers, overview of appointment and special orders.

- Support CSR team on customers request.
- Update dispatch system with appropriate information.
- Ensure all calls are dispatched to appropriate driver.
- Assist answering dispatch lines and administration lines after hours.
- Set up weekend coverage for pick ups.

- Ensures trucks are in position and all switches are covered on the shift.

- Supervise all aspects of the outbound domestic loading.
- Oversee forklift drivers in their loading of domestic trailers and unloading of local pick up trailers.
- Responsible for ensuring all freight is cubed, scanned and on the right line haul units.
- Must be proficient in multitasking.
- Working with customer service and dispatch on specials etc.
- Ensuring all line haul units are in place and ambient, heated or keep cool trailers are working properly.
- Typing up and sending the nightly ground and air summaries.
- Computer skills a must.
- Establish objectives and plans for work area.
- Must be able to train and discipline staff if need be.
- Responsible for nightly lock up of the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
