First, our Safety Department is a division of Human Resources. We realize that successful employee involvement, employee training, and employee knowledge all come out of a safety culture. Safety is not primarily about vehicles or technology, it’s about people. People getting it right. People who care. People who are empowered with knowledge, the best equipment, the highest standards.
