Returns Management

A viable, accurate and easy to follow returns process ensures that customers will be able to track and properly credit refusals, partial refusals, and any other returned materials. ATS’ complete Returns Management procedures ensure that all returns will be properly and expertly processed. Customers are fully apprised as to why the material is being returned from the destination, along with any relevant identification, purchase orders, etc. Customers typically advise ATS whether a return authorization (RA) is required.
