Due to continued high operating costs in Alberta

Notice: November 30, 2007
Due to continued high operating costs in Alberta, specifically in those parts of the province most associated with oil field development, we have realigned our off-line charges thereby creating a specific category for northern Alberta. This will encompass all of the towns and rural areas in the northern half of the province but specifically excludes the city of Edmonton.

This change takes effect December 3, 2007 and will apply to all shipments destined to this area.

We will continue to search for economical solutions that meet our (and your) service expectations. In the meantime, we appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Yours sincerely,
ATS Andlauer Transportation Services

ATS Wins 2006 Shipper’s Choice Award for Couriers

Congratulations go out (again!!) this year to the ATS Courier Division who has just won the Shipper’s Choice Award for Couriers 2006. Yes, ATS Couriers won the award last year too. It’s given out each year by Canadian Transportation and Logistics Magazine for excellence in the following categories, arranged with our highest scores first: On-time performance; Equipment & operations; Information Technology; Competitive Pricing; Customer Service: Problem Solving and Value-added Services.

This is the fifth year the magazine has polled Canada’s shippers and evidently more of them responded with customer evaluations this year than ever. The magazine claims that “Shippers and carriers alike are really starting to take notice of this survey, and it is fast becoming the industry’s benchmark of excellence in transportation services!”

ATS Launches Healthcare Brand

ATS is proud to announce launch of ATS Healthcare Solutions, a new brand within ATS, which will encompass a range of technical and logistics options designed to help pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers address Health Canada’s recently published guidelines for the transportation of temperature sensitive products. The range of options encompasses complete temperature management from pick up through to storage to delivery, chain of signature, appointment delivery - and other value-added services.

The new branding will appear on temperature managed trucks and delivery vehicles in both languages. It illustrates ATS’ deepening commitment to the healthcare industry as worldwide transportation requirements expand to proof of temperature documentation, 24/7 tracking, risk mitigation strategies and other regulatory demands within the current Canadian marketplace.

ATS Wins 2005 Shipper’s Choice Award in Courier Category

Canadian Transportation and Logistics Magazine (www.ctl.ca) has awarded ATS the coveted Shipper’s Choice Award in the category of couriers. The magazine’s survey supplies scientifically derived benchmarks of excellence for carrier performance and identifies the carriers who have exceeded those benchmarks.

This year a record breaking number of survey participants represent every region across Canada. They buy transportation services for companies with annual sales ranging from less than $5 million to more than $2 billion.

The Shipper’s Choice Awards Survey is four years old and was undertaken once again in partnership with CITT and the Canadian Industrial Transportation Association (CITA). The research was conducted by independent research firm G. Bramm and Associates. Carriers receive the Shipper’s Choice Award when their total score meets or surpasses the total benchmark of excellence for their mode.

Almost 700 survey participants provided more than 1700 carrier evaluations for the courier category. Not only did ATS go beyond the benchmark for couriers overall, it achieved the highest scores of any courier in Value Added Services. Value Added Services are carefully crafted solutions that ATS designs and offers to its clients to help them target real business opportunities. ATS also received high scores for Information Technology, Equipment and Operations, On Time Performance, Competitive Pricing and Problem Solving.

Michael Andlauer, President and CEO, comments “Our corporate philosophy from the beginning has been to provide our customers with premium delivery and exceptional customer service. Our courier service transports about 20,000 shipments every day. But whether it’s a 50 pound box or a 1000 pound pallet of sensitive healthcare or entertainment products, it all gets processed and transported using the same infrastructure with the same ATS customer first dedication.

ATS is a national transportation company serving over 1400 business customers from a network of 23 locations across Canada. ATS core services range from courier, to LTL, Air Freight and Cross Border. Value-added services include advanced shipment tracking, temperature management, appointment and returns management. Each is enhanced by ATS’ superior customer service.

Announcing the ATS Andlauer Income Fund

Michael Andlauer, CEO of ATS Inc. is pleased to announce that today, August 26, 2005, we are filing our application for an Income Trust Offering with the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The timing is right for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that the current investment community is extremely favourable to transportation companies. About 80% of the Company will become available for public purchase.

Mr. Andlauer will remain a major shareholder of the Company and will continue to be the CEO and visionary. The present management team will continue on as they have in the past.

Another reason to take this path now is to make sure that funds are available to fuel future growth. Opening new facilities is a must for the continued success of ATS in the competitive marketplace. The Company must continue to upgrade services at every level. This is the correct strategy to make sure that ATS stays strong.

The current ownership structure of Concord will stay exactly the same. Concord will benefit through access to the funds that the Offering will make available and will retain the close working relationship with the rest of ATS.

Please join Mr. Andlauer and the management team as they enthusiastically welcome this exciting next step in the evolution of ATS.

The 2004 ATS-Concord Customer Survey Finds Customers' Expectations High

The results are in! Late last year we asked our customers, in an anonymous, secure setting, to come clean and tell us what was on their minds. They did.

We asked how we could improve their business. We asked how we compare to our competitors. We asked, “What’s most important to you? Are we still the best?”

Independent experts helped to write almost 200 questions - then accurately interpret the results.

What did we discover? Why is this important to you?

We’re listening. We learned that customers who have been with us for many years are as satisfied as those who have recently come onboard. That’s pretty special. Thank you. We care just as much about living up to the expectations of our seasoned customers as we do about impressing new ones.

We learned that even in a very difficult year our customers hold us to a higher standard. They simply expect more from us than they expect from our competitors, period. In fact, when asked to rate ATS / Concord against our strongest competition, in nearly every case their chosen competitors scored lower.

We would be less than honest to report that no issues came up. It has been a challenging time for us as Concord came into the ATS fold. We know we have emerged as a stronger company and can now again FOCUS on what we believe is truly important. Our customers. And finding the better way to deliver value to them.

One issue was brought to our attention. We have made major enhancements to our invoicing practices, including revamping formats and revising layouts. We pledge to continue to improve our service to you in this area.

What no one mentioned was our Returns Service… and that’s a good thing. This issue was identified in the Customer Survey Results last year. We listened then - and acted.

Stay tuned. As we discover new ways to improve, based upon what our customers are telling us, we will be reporting specific initiatives in our quest to find the better way.
